  • I offer flexible repair services to fit your needs: Quick Visits (2 hours) for small tasks, Half-Day Service (4 hours) for tackling your fix-it list, and Full-Day Service (6 hours) for extensive projects. I also take on custom builds like catios, small decks, fence gates, and bathroom refreshes. Additionally, I offer monthly maintenance packages.

  • I'm typically booking 1-2 weeks out, though sometimes I have openings sooner. For custom projects, allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling the initial site visit and quote.

  • I serve Olympia and Thurston County. Travel within 10 miles of downtown Olympia is included in all service pricing. Additional mileage fees apply beyond 10 miles.

  • Screws, nails, anchors, caulk, spackle, sandpaper, wood glue, and other small supplies. You're not getting charged extra for every little thing.

    For larger project- or specific materials (drywall sheets, more than one tube of caulking, silicone, paint, fixtures, lumber, etc.), I purchase at cost and charge you the actual receipt amount with no markup.

  • I accept:

    • QuickBooks invoice (email or text - you can pay online with, bank payment, credit/debit card)

    • Check

    • Cash

    For standard services, payment is due upon completion. For larger custom projects, a deposit may be required before starting.

  • Yes! I'm a licensed contractor in Washington State (License #FIXITIF770B7) and fully bonded and insured.

  • Yes! If you've already bought materials for your project, I'm happy to work with what you have. Just let me know in advance so I can plan accordingly.

  • I'll let you know right away and give you options. Some things can be addressed during the same visit, others might need a follow-up. You decide what makes sense for your budget and timeline.

  • I don't offer 24/7 emergency service, but if you have an urgent issue, reach out and I'll do my best to fit you in quickly. For true emergencies (flooding, electrical hazards, etc.), I can provide referrals to specialists.
