Built custom covers for two mini split units for a client— lattice sides for airflow, metal roof to keep the rain off, and removable panels so the units are still easy to access for maintenance.

Started with a trash bag on the ceiling catching a leak. Once the water damage was sorted out, I came in to handle the drywall repair — cut out the damaged section, reframed, patched, and retextured to match the existing popcorn ceiling.

Built a custom catio for a client on their upper deck — 2x2 frame, polycarbonate roof, screen panels, and a cat door that connects directly to their sliding door so the cats can come and go on their own.

This started as a not so usefull wood storage lean-to. The client cleared it out and I built a new custom shed in its place — framed, sided, and fitted with a custom door that matches the attached shed.
