This 4 hour service starts at $380 plus materials and tax. This service focuses on small tasks. I will take your fix-it list and work efficiently to complete as many tasks as possible.
Fix-it List Examples:
3x3 Drywall patch, door knob install, cabinet demo, wire-shelf install
window caulking, wall planter hang, keypad code install, drawer pulls
Minor fence and deck repair, small paint touch-up, shelf assembly
Full-Day Service
This 6 hour service starts at $570 plus materials and tax. This service focuses on medium sized tasks, or a longer fix-it list.
Fix-it List Examples:
3x3 Drywall patch, door knob install, cabinet demo, wire-shelf install
window caulking, wall planter hang, keypad code install, drawer pulls
deck or fence repair, small paint touch-up, shelf assembly
backsplash, shiplap installation, feature wall, garage storage
Monthly Service
Monthly fix it subscription service comes in a 6 or 12 month package. This is a reoccurring service that includes 2 hours of monthly home maintenance services. This is a great way to keep up on those home owner tasks that can often get away from us. Great for families, elderly, short-term or long-term property owners.
Monthly Subscription examples:
Smoke detector checks, caulking, light bulbs changes, check or change hvac filters, small paint or drywall patches, contractor referrals.
Exterior caulking, paint touch-ups, door hardware, patio power wash
The first service includes a walk-through of the home, there we will come up with a monthly plan of items that are most important to the homeowner.
These services start at $200 per month, if you sign up for a 12-month subscription the cost is $175 per month.
Special Projects
Are you looking for a custom built item such as shelves, planters, pet furniture, or projects that might be more involved? Or perhaps you want to do a project on your own but don’t know quite where to start or what items you will need?
